School Work

Students are assigned nine required subjects; (Japanese, Math, Science, Social studies, English, Music, Fine Arts, Industrial Arts and Homemaking, Health and Physical Education) and “Integrated Learning” as the 10th subject. Throughout the curriculum students are encouraged to seek the advice and opinions of their fellow classmates, teachers and others who may have expertise in the field of study being undertaken. Students are expected to both acquire new knowledge and deepen their understanding with the assistance of teachers to enable them to express their opinions concisely and effectively.
